Year 2010 was pretty great! I kept my resolutions (losing weight and work out goals) and I'm hoping to continue the trend. Last year was the first time I actually made resolutions and I like doing it. I try to limit the number and then make a plan so that they are attainable. Here are my resolutions for 2011.
1. Keep up with outdoor running and run at least one race.
- I bought cold outdoor running gear yesterday to make this possible.
- I would like to run a half-marathon, but am unsure if I will have the time to commit to training
2. Get a tattoo.
- This has been on my list for a while, but I finally nailed down what I want.
- I'm making it a resolution to give me the 'oomph' to finally get it.
3. Try menu planning for an undetermined amount of time.
- I need to practice this for future reference
- I would like to reduce my trips to the grocery store
4. Make a budget on a regular basis.
- reduce last minute spending. Plan ahead more.
5. Be a more generous person.
- I have some 'giving goals' for myself.
SO, those are my resolutions! I think they're pretty manageable - especially as I've already been *trying* to do them. They're also a good mix of things I enjoy and things that are more difficult.
